The sale representative Kamlesh and Charlie were awesome. They got to my car fast and called me as soon as the problem was diagnosed. Sadly the engine was blown and the car was a total loss. I had a very positive experience. I was having a terrible day. I was moving from the Bay Area to Southern California. I got all my stuff packed up and my doggy in the passenger seat and as soon as I merged into the freeway, my coolant light came on. I found Harry’s and hoped for the best. The staff was super nice and took such good care of me. They made sure I was safe to travel. It took a while but they saved me thousands by ensuring they did quality work. Highly recommend!

Really professional people. When they quoted me first for the two oil changes, I asked for they gave me a price but when they called me and I understood the difficulty of what they did I was OK with everything. I went in originally for an oil change for my car and a Procharge oil change on the same car which is the supercharger brought my own product in so it was charged for the labor and it was multiplied by two for two different objects so totally understood, but was happy with the outcome and also they were able to change out my Procharge belt when originally that was my plan, but it wasn’t part of the quote because I didn’t explain it but when he saw the belt, they did it for me anyways, and charge me for the labor on that . All in all, I was happy with the price and the people.

They say out of fast, cheap, and quality you can only pick two at BEST. This place comes as close to doing all three as is possible. Appropriate prices, lighting fast service, high quality work. Mechanic stands behind his work, had a rare faulty manufacturer defect on an expensive part. He paid out of pocket same day to make it right until I was satisfied. I know where all my vehicles will be going from now on! Hourly rate is mid market for the area and worth every penny.
