My 2020 Hyundai is running superbly, thanks to Charlie, Kam and the highly trained trustworthy service team. Charlie made me feel calm and confident that my car was in good hands. Charlie and Kam went above and beyond good customer service, empathy, patient and understanding. Both gentlemen provided great communication seamlessly regardless of who answered the phone. They sent me an emailed to review the full diagnostics report and overall concerns. Kam took the time to help me understand what issues were important to take care of now versus later, he was honest and his confidence was key, to trust his knowledge and his unrivaled experience. I never felt stressed about safety or security leaving my car at Harry's Auto Repair Shop. They are an approved AAA Auto Repair shop, and their technicians are ASE certified or factory trained. Which means they have met the industry standard for auto repair and they also undergo rigorous inspections by AAA. The team has done an excellent job with my essential transportation for work. I didn't doubt they could help get my car running again and get me back on the road so soon. Added Bonus: I was able to make a reservation over the phone with Enterprise Saturday at 11am and secure a rental car for myself before I arrive to Harry's Auto Repair, it is a 5 minute walk next door from the repair shop. This was a huge relief for me, meanwhile my car was out of commission, I was able have a productive weekend and attend all my important appointments and meetings in the meantime. God is good🙏

I was quoted $3,400 from another mechanical shop to fix a guide bolt and left control arm, but when I came here, they assessed my car immediately and fixed the problem on the spot. The sale representative Kamlesh and Charlie were awesome. They got to my car fast and called me as soon as the problem was diagnosed. Sadly the engine was blown and the car was a total loss. It was an old car so no surprise there. The mechanics were great, very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be taking my car to Harry’s for all my maintenance and repair now.

I had a very positive experience. I was having a terrible day. I was moving from the Bay Area to Southern California. I got all my stuff packed up and my doggy in the passenger seat and as soon as I merged into the freeway, my coolant light came on. I found Harry’s and hoped for the best. The staff was super nice and took such good care of me. They made sure I was safe to travel. It took a while but they saved me thousands by ensuring they did quality work. Highly recommend!

Really professional people. When they quoted me first for the two oil changes, I asked for they gave me a price but when they called me and I understood the difficulty of what they did I was OK with everything. I went in originally for an oil change for my car and a Procharge oil change on the same car which is the supercharger brought my own product in so it was charged for the labor and it was multiplied by two for two different objects so totally understood, but was happy with the outcome and also they were able to change out my Procharge belt when originally that was my plan, but it wasn’t part of the quote because I didn’t explain it but when he saw the belt, they did it for me anyways, and charge me for the labor on that . All in all, I was happy with the price and the people.
